Rural special post teachers are the main body of rural teachers,which effectively supplements the weak situation of teachers in rural areas and optimizes the age and subject structure of rural teachers.However,the rural special post teachers in the service period or even during the service period to choose the mobility and mobility intention strongly caused the rural teachers to unstable.Therefore,the problem of the mobility of teachers in rural special posts needs to be solved urgently.This study took the mobile intention of rural special post teachers as the starting point,and took 157 rural special post teachers in the three-year service period of four counties in L City,Shanxi Province as the research object,and used questionnaire method and interview method to analyze the mobile intention and influence factors of rural special post teachers.The research mainly focuses on the following questions:First,what is the current situation of the mobile intention of rural special post teachers?Second,are there any differences in the mobility intention of rural special post teachers from different backgrounds?Third,what factors influence the mobility intention of rural special post teachers?To this end,using SPSS21.0 to analyze the questionnaire,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)The overall mobility intention of rural special post teachers is strong,and tends to flow within the education system through their own efforts.Close to home is the first choice to choose the flow within the education system,if it is the movement outside the system,the examination of civil servants is the first choice.(2)The mobile intention of rural special post teachers is influenced by personal background factors,and the gender,service period and marriage status have a strong influence on their mobility intention,and the type of education and age have a weak influence.(3)Job matching,survival needs,growth development and inter-relational factors will affect the rural special post teacher mobility intention.In terms of job matching,home-school distance and convenient transportation are the key variables that affect the mobility intention of rural special post teachers,while the service period time,whether the professional counterpart and the work challenge have a weak influence on the rural special post teacher mobility intention;The factors of professional recognition and development prospects are the key factors that affect the mobility intention of rural special post teachers,and the growth support mechanism has a weak influence on the mobile intention of rural special post teachers.In view of this,stabilize the rural special post teachers and promote the orderly flow of rural special post teachers.The government should improve the management mechanism of rural special post teachers,set up post school should improve the inner attraction of rural special post teachers should set up a correct view of work.
