With the depth of curriculum reform, our kindergartens’curriculum is paid more and more attention, the comprehensive construction of course is imperative. Therefore, the development of the kindergartens should not only focus on the dominant curriculum, but also concerns about the construction of hidden curriculum, especially the reform of hidden curriculum in rural areas is more critical.This study is based on latent learning, cultural geography theory and so on. Under the guidance of the "Outline", the study is focusing on the development of rural kindergartens in Jinzhong areas of Shanxi province and carries on the investigation through observation, interviews, questionnaire survey method, Iiterature method to carry out the local rural kindergartens’ hidden curriculum, to understand the status of implementation in local kindergartens’hidden curriculum.Through the observation and analysis of the rural kindergartens’ implementation to point out the problems in the developed process of hidden curriculum in rural kindergartens. Problems include the environment design, management of teachers, education content, the relationship between teachers and students, from these aspects I discover rural teachers can’t understand hidden curriculum, environmental resource utilization rate is low, theeducation content selection is lack of science, teachers have not trainingand learning of teachers’ professional mastery in partial low. Through theseproblems to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions of practical, suchas improving the rural teachers’ awareness of hidden curriculum,strengthening teachers’ professional training, developing the hiddencurriculum combining with the rural characteristics.
