In addition to the dominant curriculum planed by the teaching program, there are hidden curriculum which contains in the envi ronment, the game itself and have a subtle influence on young children. But in the real world the hidden cu rriculum in kindergarten is often neglected. Especially in rural areas, it is blessed with characterized and a wealth of educational resources, but du e to various reasons, it igno re these hidden curriculum resources. It is also due to the influence of traditional concepts of education, the most of the kindergarten recline too much upon book l earning. In the end there is a tendency to educate children too early in the form of primary schoolIn this study, we go to study the rural kindergartens hidden curriculum resources development. From the basic theory this paper introduces the structure and characteristics of rural kindergartens hidden curriculum resources, then analyzes the current situation, in the end,put forward the feasible countermeasures and the suggestion. Adhere to a correct outlook on education and children’ s concept as a guide, from the start of i mproving the professionalism of early childhood educators in rural areas, then construct a solid foundation for the developm ent of hidden curri culum resources. Using the colorful and folk customs of the countryside enrich the content of curriculum resources, selecting the appropriate science education content which suitable for the children ages, providing the opportunities for teacher training, and then providing a platform which parents and social workers involved in. Finally f rom the progr ams, processes, and effect to ev aluate the rural kindergarten hidden curriculum development.
