In recent years, continuous enrollment expansion of colleges and universities makes the annual number of graduates is rising, labor market supply exceeds demand, the employment situation of university graduates is very grim. Encourage college students to become self-employed is undoubtedly the best way to solve the problem of college students’ employment and enhance college students’ entrepreneurial intention. As a special group, college students have strong learning ability, professional knowledge and unique innovative spirit of the young people, who are the countries’main group of science and technology business in the future, so the entrepreneurial intention of college students determines the number and quality of entrepreneurship in the future.How to improve the entrepreneurial environment and effectively improve the college students’entrepreneurial intention becomes a hot topic in today’s entrepreneurship academia to discuss.Existing research has shown that entrepreneurship environment has an important influence on college students’ entrepreneurship intention. But there has not been one paper to research the mechanism of how the entrepreneurship environment affect college students’ entrepreneurial intention in-depth, and the relevant empirical research is relatively scarce. In this context, this paper chooses enterprise competencies as the intermediary variables, in the view of" entrepreneurial environment how to affect the college students’ entrepreneurial intention" for further research, trying to open mechanism herein in the black box.Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the mechanism of entrepreneurship environment through enterprise competencies influence the entrepreneurial intention of college students, which are good for the business management practice in China.Firstly,we reviewed the related literature of the entrepreneurial environment, enterprise competencies and entrepreneurial intention, then defined the concept and dimensions of entrepreneurial environment, enterprise competencies and entrepreneurial intention.On this basis,we put forward the theoretical model and research hypothesis in this paper. Then collected original data by questionnaires,and finally used the SPSS17.0 statistical software to carry on the empirical analysis, validated assumptions and got the following conclusions:(1) The entrepreneurial environment has significant positive influence on college students’ entrepreneurial intention.(2) The entrepreneurial environment has significant positive impact on college students’ enterprise competencies.(3) The enterprise competencies has significant positive influence on college students’ entrepreneurial intention.(4) The entrepreneurial competencies has partial intermediary effect between the entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention.The innovation of this study is mainly manifested in three aspects:(1) Choose college students as the research object and study the effect of entrepreneurial environment to college students’entrepreneurial intention under the background of China/which enrich the theory of entrepreneurship in China.(2) Divided entrepreneurial intention into two dimensions which includes unconditional entrepreneurial intention and conditional entrepreneurial intention,then respectively discussed the influence mechanism of the entrepreneurial environment and enterprise competencies on the two dimensions of entrepreneurial intention, which can provide management advice to business practices in China.(3) Choose enterprise competencies as the intermediary variable,to explore how entrepreneurial environment affects the entrepreneurial intention of college students through the enterprise competencies and verify the relationship among the three variables,try ing to open the action mechanism of the black box.
