The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Environment On College Students' Entrepreneurial Willingness

In recent years,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,the employment situation is becoming more and more complex,the traditional employment mode is broken,and the problem of "graduation is unemployment" appears repeatedly.However,with the advent of the era of big data,new entrepreneurial opportunities are also presented in front of the public,and college students' independent entrepreneurship has become an important form of entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial willingness is the premise of entrepreneurial behavior.How to cultivate the entrepreneurial willingness of college students has become an important issue that the school and society need to pay attention to.Based on the literature and empirical research on the entrepreneurial environment,risk orientation,core self-evaluation and entrepreneurial willingness of college students,this study makes a comparative analysis of the relationship between the four variables,and constructs the mediating role of core self-evaluation in the mechanism of the influence of risk orientation on entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial willingness,and the mediating role of core self-evaluation in the entrepreneurial environment on risk The model that plays a regulatory role in the influence mechanism of propensity.By using the method of random sampling,433 college students of different majors and degrees in Shenyang were investigated and collected data.Spss22.0 was used to analyze the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial willingness of college students.Amos24.0 software was used to test the mediating and moderating effects of the research hypothesis model.The results show that:(1)College Students' perception of entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive predictive effect on their entrepreneurial willingness.Financial support,government policies,government projects,education and training,research and development transfer,business environment,domestic market openness,physical infrastructure,culture and social norms all have significant positive correlation with entrepreneurial willingness.(2)Risk tendency has a significant positive predictive effect on entrepreneurial intention.(3)Risk propensity plays an intermediary role in the influence of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial willingness.(4)Core self-evaluation plays a moderating role in the mechanism of the influence of entrepreneurial environment on risk orientation.According to the above research conclusion,we can get the following enlightenment on the cultivation of College Students' entrepreneurial intention:(1)The government should improve the mechanism of College Students' entrepreneurial capital assistance,provide entrepreneurial education and training,improve the Internet service platform and strengthen the supervision of the implementation of entrepreneurial policies.(2)Colleges and universities should improve the entrepreneurial intention and ability of college students by carrying out entrepreneurial training courses,encouraging college students to participate in government projects,and establishing innovative and entrepreneurial student associations.(3)All walks of life and college students should improve their own core self-evaluation level and form appropriate risk tendency level.
