The Relationship Of Entrepreneurial Institutional Environment,Entrepreneurial Orientation And Entrepreneurial Intention Of College Students

This paper focuses on two sub-studies.Firstly,the paper analyzes the environment of the college students' entrepreneurial system in Shanghai,and combs the relevant policies issued by the national and Shanghai municipal governments from 2000 to 2015.Through the social network analysis,it is found that the technology-oriented is in the overall network center and has high intermediate degree,the content of the network edge node is more dispersed,and the combination of production,research and risk relief and other aspects are on the edge.The second part is to put forward the hypotheses on the basis of the theoretical analysis,and analyze the process of the formation of college students' entrepreneurial tendencies at the individual level and the institutional environment level.The study found that there was a significant positive correlation between entrepreneurial propensity and entrepreneurial environment perception and entrepreneurial orientation.The gender of university students also has certain correlation with entrepreneurial tendency.Furthermore,the linear regression shows that the entrepreneurial orientation of college students has a positive impact on their entrepreneurial incentives;the entrepreneurial institution environment has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial incentives of college students;and the entrepreneurial institution environment is positively influencing the entrepreneurial incentive of college students.This study is a study of Shanghai's entrepreneurial institutional environment,which provides a strong text support for the study of entrepreneurial environment.From the macroscopic policy analysis to the microscopic individual behavior research is the path to explore the system environment influence on individual behavior,which provides effective basis of system factor for the mechanism of appearance of the college students' entrepreneurial behavior.This paper also explores the various factors of college students' entrepreneurial behavior,and provides theoretical support for cultivating college students' entrepreneurial enthusiasm and promoting innovation consciousness.
