It is a necessary condition and premise for teachers to carry out education and teachingwork that teachers should have teaching autonomy, which is the education academic consensus.It is propitious to ensure the social status of teachers and the right to receive education ofstudents to have autonomy of teaching. At the same time, it is of great help to the occupationdevelopment of teacher and to improve the quality of education and teaching. Discussion aboutright in the field of economics is based on transaction attribute and specific scenario. Therefore,the understanding of high school teachers`teaching autonomy should be consistent with thebasic characteristics of teaching in high school under the new curriculum standard. At the sametime, attention should be apid to the position of senior high school education in the nationaleducation system. Therefore, it is very important to know well the concept, classification,realization degree as well as each classification and their influence factors of autonomy ofteaching of high school teachers from characteristics of pedagogy, sociology and teaching insenior high school.1.Subjects investigated of this study are realization degree of autonomy of teaching andfactors that effect on different levels of autonomy of teaching of4high schools in Fuxin City,Liaoning Province. Using "questionnaire of autonomy of teaching of high school teachers" toinvestigate the overall situation of autonomy of teaching of high school teachers in the area, aswell as implementation status of different levels of autonomy of teaching of the high schoolteachers. And the data were analyzed by spss17.0. By using the factor analysis to analyze11questions in the questionnaire, and use decision tree analysis to sort factors influence, then drawthe conclusion.2.Autonomy of teaching of high school teachers varies obviously in different background.Realization degree of autonomy of teaching are different because of different sex, age, teaching,title, position, seniority and other variables factors, thus there exists the possibility of layeredempowerment in a certain degree.3.Autonomy of teaching refers to teachers have the professional autonomy, independentchoice of teaching activities and materials in the process of teaching, to develop their ownstandard classroom behavior, independent development of teaching guide plans and procedures,to participate in the teaching work decision-making autonomy, which is not conflict with the willof the state, and does not violate the subject position of students in teaching. Realization degreeof autonomy of teaching is in direct ratio to the level of teacher’s professional development.Different level of teacher’s professional development means different realization degree ofautonomy of teaching. In order to ensure the professional development of teachers of differentlevels can have enough autonomy of teaching to establish "layered empowerment" mechanism. To make right and power, right and responsibility of teacher’s autonomy of teaching unified.
