The current full-time master’s degree in training and education as the core ofresearch has become the concern of educators hot. According to the NationalLong-term Education Reform and Development Plan2010-2020, improve the qualityof training graduate professional degree in order to better adapt to the country’seconomic development needs of the application of high-level talents, new full-timeMaster of Education Graduate. As a comprehensive application of strong discipline,full-time Master of Education Professional Education students at the same timeprofessional theoretical knowledge, but also the need to strengthen the cultivation ofstudents’ practical ability. Practice ability is an important part of teaching is animportant guarantee for Master of Education degree in educational quality. Based onthe current situation of China’s full-time education and training Master of the currentanalysis, and then full-time Master of Education in order to enhance the core practiceability to study, propose strategies combined with practical experience of cases theinstitutions, which is a full-time professional degree in education and training providemore theoretical basis.This paper mainly is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is anintroduction, Mainly on the background.
