With the rapid development of China’s economy, the society proposes a new demand on high-level personnel training. Since 2009, the Ministry of Education has expanded the range which focused on the Full-time Master based on the Graduates; The aim is to develop high-level personnel who has a strong combination of practical ability and theoretical study ability. In the " Full-time graduate student instructional training program Master of Education Degree [2]", it proposed a suggestion that training high-quality primary and secondary school teachers who master modern education theory, grasp a strong education and teaching practice and research capacity. Therefore, we must strengthen the link that training practical ability of the full-time Master of Education graduate.However, because our training of full-time Master of Education started too late, the effect on their training looks not very well, and still exist some deficiencies. Based on the Full-time Master of Education study questionnaires and individual interviews at a university in Jiangxi, we find problems in our training process, such as the relatively weak of practical aspects, curriculum unreasonable, imperfection of double mentoring system, no contact on practice, no contact on papers and practical aspects. These links restrict the train of full-time Master of Education practical ability. This paper though analyzing the reasons for problems, and then sum and reflect, propose some recommendatory suggestions which aim the defects of practice ability to Full-time Education Master.
