| With the promotion of popularization of higher education,the scale of enrollment has shown a rapid growth trend,and the quality of higher education has received much attention.In recent years,the Ministry of Education has continuously put forward requirements to improve the quality of graduate education.It can be seen that the current state attaches great importance to the quality of graduate education.This article takes the full-time graduate students of full-time physical education master degree in Guangdong Province as the survey object,investigates their academic conditions,understands and grasps the academic conditions of postgraduates of physical education masters,summarizes their existing problems,and improves the quality of cultivation of postgraduates of physical education and the cultivation of innovative talents.The model,the construction of "double first-class" schools,and the improvement of management systems have important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the relevant research literature and based on the learning characteristics of postgraduates majoring in sports,this study compiled the "Guangdong Provincial Full-time Masters Degree in Physical Education Degree Questionnaire",including learning effect,learning motivation,autonomous learning,teachers and students The five factors of relationship and professional identity,after an exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used for the study of the academic status of full-time postgraduates majoring in sports in Guangdong Province.In this study,the questionnaire was used for descriptive analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis,and analysis of the problems existing in academic conditions.The following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The academic status of full-time master’s degree students in physical education in Guangdong Province is generally at a medium level.Judging from the average value of various factors of academic condition,the professional recognition and learning motivation level of postgraduates in physical education are relativelyhigh,but autonomous learning,learning effect and teacher-student relationship are at a medium level.(2)Judging from the differences in academic conditions in demographic variables,there is no significant difference in the academic conditions of postgraduates in physical education between different genders,different marital statuses,different birthplaces,and previous years.The teacher-student relationship is significantly different in different schools.Professional identity has significant differences in different grades.There are significant differences in learning motivation in different majors,different grades,different levels of colleges before the postgraduate entrance examination,inter-majors and this major.The learning effect has significant differences in different grades and different majors.(3)From the point of view of the relationship between the academic conditions,the five factors of the physical education master’s degree have a significant positive correlation,there is a close relationship with each other,and they have an influential role,reflecting the physical education master degree The level of learning motivation,autonomous learning,teacher-student relationship and professional identity can affect the level of learning effect.(4)The academic conditions of postgraduates in physical education mainly have the following problems: learning motivation is biased to utilitarianism,insufficient professional awareness,weak active learning awareness,incomplete mastery of professional knowledge,poor scientific research level,lack of communication between teachers and students,and personalized guidance of mentors Not in place,classroom performance is more passive,and the teaching form is simpler. |
