"Guide Business" course is a core course of Tourism Management in our country, it has both a strong theoretical and practical features, so not only need to guide students to master the basics of sound, but also requires students to achieve a breakthrough in practice; it requires students to have good professional skills and qualities that can make every effort to satisfy tourists or ordinary or special requirements; after students took to the job with a strong ability to work and a keen sense of service, to the fastest speed adapt to the needs of tour guide jobs. This is evident, for "business guide" included in the body of knowledge presented relatively high demand. On the other hand, the new era of tourism enterprises also need a lot of professionals, but fierce competition in the market so that enterprises do not have to wait for people to grow and develop patience, they would prefer to have quickly adapted to the requirements of the job talents, in order to tourism education and tourism enterprises employing distance required between the butt, it is necessary to urgently reform "business guide" course knowledge.In this study, the tourism management professional "business guide" course seen as object of study, knowledge audit locate specific entry point, on the "business guide" curriculum knowledge system for more in-depth research and exploration. Induction of literature, questionnaires, interviews and other methods, knowledge audit step down, needs and current issues exist guides practitioners surveyed companies, as well as students and teachers in the eyes of "business guide" course knowledge and Problems areas for improvement, and in reference to the existing body of knowledge on the proposed reasonable "business guide" course knowledge.This study includes the following five chapters, the first chapter: This chapter is the introduction, the research background, methods used for the study, current research related to domestic and foreign, theoretical research and practical significance of research and innovation will be described. Chapter II: related concepts and theoretical basis. This chapter discusses the theoretical knowledge audit, the concept of curriculum knowledge systems, and knowledge management, knowledge audit, curriculum and so on.
