With the rapid development of social economy and technology, the technology in the field of education has also been further developed, a variety of new educational models emerging, learners are also looking for new ways of learning to adapt to a rapidly changing society. This article focused on the study of mobile learning in this context the rise of Smartphone based on their specific application and in English teaching.
