With China’s economical development and the universal implementation ofnational policies, the early education is becoming a common concern focus of all levelsof the ministry education, early childhood institutions and the families.Support of national policy, growth of family economical capacity, theimplementation of birth-control has spawned a booming market for early education.Since1998, China’s early education market has experienced a decade of growth, hascultivated well-known brand of early childhood institutions, and gave birth to the tensof thousands of competing scale for early education. How to use strategic theory tograsp such a broad market prospects and how to stand out in such a large scalecompetition in the term of strategic theory is not only the current goal of earlyeducation institutions to work hard, but also the subject of this study.This article has stood on the basis of previous studies, generalized the content ofthe corporate strategy theory and it’s development trends, the basic procedures for thecontrol of corporate strategy, explains the history and necessity of early education anda person view of proposed strategic management and early education and personalviews, to a certain extent enriched the strategic management theory. Relying on theconcept of strategic management, the paper has studied Wanying Company, with thecurrent status of its own resources, combined with political and legal environment,economic environment, social and cultural environment, technical environmentin-depth analysis the Wanying Company’ strengths, weaknesses, threats,opportunities,and made a multiple-direction analysis of market positioning, businessstrategy, marketing strategy as well as effective ways of implementing these strategiesand strategic security system, in order to achieve enhanced Wanying Company’comprehensive competitiveness. The paper on Wanying Institution set China industrymarket as the background, the role for Wanying Institution ‘s internationaldevelopment are still limited, but to a certain extent, the domestic reference valueexists, but also provide development direction and strategy for similar earlyinstitutions.
