Along with China's rapid economic development and the popularization of the national education policy,and the constant improvement of family financial ability,as well as the transformation of the concept of eugenic and superior nurture,0 to 6 years old children education which becomes the focus of attention by education departments at various levels,family and society has promoted the rapid development of China's early education market.Since the 1990 s,China's early education market has experienced a development which was over 20 years and cultivated a number of early education brands.The total number of early education institutions in the country is over ten thousands,and the market scale is as large as hundreds of billions yuan.Early education institutions for infants and young children has grown with each passing day.With the implementation of the two-child policy,the early education market has ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.Such a booming early education market not only brings opportunities to enterprises,but also implies huge risks and challenges.For most of the early education enterprises,their development process always encounter two difficulties,one is the bottlenecks of its own which can be encountered in the development process,the other one is the competition of others in the industry.Especially foreign brand agencies has grabbed market share of China's early education quickly in recent years.China's early education market is facing a new round of reshuffle,many local early education institutions in our country is being in in the "wind and rain".Therefore,how to use the enterprise development strategytheory to grasp and control such a broad market prospect more reasonably and effectively,so as to stand out from the fierce competition in the early education market,has become the goal for the major early education institutions to think about.In this context,it is of great significance to choose the right development strategy for the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.By reviewing relevant literature and applying the theory of strategic management,this paper deeply analyzes the development status and existing problems of Changchun Panxing education limited company.PEST model is used to analyze the external development environment of the company,such as politics,economy,culture,science and technology,and the five forces model is used to analyze the competition situation of Changchun Panxing education limited company.At the same time,the paper analyzes the present situation and resources of Changchun Panxing education limited company further through SWOT analysis and finds out the opportunities and threats faced by Changchun Panxing education limited company,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the company.Then it is determined that Changchun Panxing education limited company should choose the growth development strategy(SO)and differentiation development strategy(ST).Growth-type strategy includes the expansion of company scale to develop new markets in the Chaoyang District and Jingyue Economical Development Zone of Changchun,deepen the existing market in Nanguan district as well.At the same time,strengthen the Changchun Panxing education limited company brand publicity,expand the scale of the brand,enhance Changchun Panxing education limited company brand effect gradually,establish a sound early education curriculum system,keep the continuous growth of new students.Differentiation strategy includes teaching model differentiation,customer service differentiation,marketing differentiation method,and takes full advantages of Changchun Panxing education limited company itself to reform teaching models of early education actively,to design and develop online teaching,as well asthrough investigating the early education demand of the market,designing the early education curriculum reasonably and improving teachers' professional skills and other safeguard measures,to ensure that the development strategies of Changchun Panxing education limited company can be carried out successfully.
