Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,Chinese education market has ushered in the peak period of development,and the market scale continues to maintain rapid growth.In 2014,the entire education and training market reached 1.19 trillion yuan,and in 2015 it was approximately 16.6 trillion yuan.By 2020,it is expected to reached 3 trillion yuan.At the same time,the number of training units in various organizational forms also keeps rising.If online training is included,it has reached a million,and competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce.Our country has successively issued relevant systems and policies for education and training industry,emphasizing the important role of private education in China’s education,encouraging and supporting the development of privately-run education,so the future market outlook is optimistic.Various types of private education and training institutions have swarmed in the market,the size of the education and training industry has increased substantially.However,due to the imperfection of industry standards and order,there are also some enterprises with poor strength,which leads to a certain degree of confusion in market competition.Thus,private education training market will inevitably reshuffle.Shandong Shichuang has been engaged in education and training for 19 years.It is mainly engaged in school-enterprise cooperation business related to software development.Currently,it faces the dilemma of lack of development impetus.The company’s annual operating income has not increased in the past three years.Through a questionnaire survey,the following problems are found:unclear strategic goals of the company,lack of strategic management system,unscientific or unsound organizational structure and management system,lack of departmental business strategy,lack of understanding of staff and company strategy,and low implementation efficiency.It is imperative to adopt strategic management to achieve stable and long-term development of the company.In this article,Firstly,it uses PEST,EFE,five force analysis model,IFE and other strategic management tools to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis on external factors such as macro environment,industrial environment and internal factors of Shandong Shichuang,identifying the opportunities and threats Shandong Shichuang faces,and its own advantages and disadvantages.Based on the results of environmental analysis,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to match Shandong Shichuang’s alternative strategy.Among them,SO(Development Strategy)and WO(Reversing Strategy)outperformed other strategic choices.Secondly,carry out the evaluation and selection of Shandong Shichuang’s division and creation strategy.Stepl the author establishes Shandong Shichuang’s 1 year,2-3-ycar and 5-year strategic goals for company development,Stcp2.It uses QSPM matrix to quantitatively analyze SO(development strategy)and WO(reversible strategy),combining survival assessment,development assessment,relationship assessment,benchmarking,and verification the adaptability and feasibility of the new strategy and the external environment and the matching degree of the internal core competitiveness of the company determine that Shandong Shichuang adopts the best of SO(development strategy);Step3,Based on the overall strategy,it reorganizes Shandong Shichuang’s business.Establishing the business strategy of strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation business advantage,emphasizing the development of international cooperation college business,and actively expanding the high-end training market;Step4,Formulate the overall business competition to adopt the differentiation strategy,and adopt the centralized competitive strategy for the core business.Finally,this paper discusses the safeguard measures implemented by Shandong Shichuang’s strategy,proposes policies and systems for scientifically formulating strategies,establishes a strong organization that fits the strategy,creates a corporate culture that matches the strategy,and establishes a compensation incentive system matched with strategy.The establishment of a timely information exchange and feedback system is the conclusion of the strategy and implementation of the strategy of Shandong Shichuang.
