Inquiry-based learning with learning autonomy and exploratory characteristics, focusing on knowledge and capacity-building, becoming a new way in the university educational reform, and to be constantly innovating in practice and develop. The online learning can fully use the network which provides the resources, tools and platforms for self-learning and collaboration and interaction. Effective integration of inquiry-based learning and online learning, takes advantage of Inquiry-based learning methods and online learning technology advantages, forms inquiry-based on-line learningThis research carries on the statistical analysis undergraduate student in the Central China Normal University of online study present situation and the existence question: Although the enthusiasm in student carries on the online study is high, students in the face of new e-learning environment in university and online learning method, online learning is confused, as a result of the traditional curriculum teaching methods, student online learning capability is insufficient, teachers in the on-line learning activity program design confusion, as well as issues such as insufficient evaluation of online learning,To solve the present problems of the university online learning, develop students’ autonomous learning ability in online and information literacy in order to adapt to the requirements of new curriculum reform in colleges and universities。The present study uses literature research, action research, surveys and interviews, selects undergraduate students "Modern education Technology" the public class in the Central China Normal University, using "Teacher And Student’s Information Accomplishment" the topic for the study content。The research bases on this school undergraduate student online study present situation, characteristic and study demand, rely on the university undergraduate online learning environment and tools platform, designs inquiry-based on-line learning programs of activities, instructs the students to explore on-line learning activities, to better solve the problem in online learning and complete the topic the teachers and students of the information literacy of the learning objectives and promote students’ information literacy promotion。This study is based on "in the cloud integration learning platform" and QQ chat tool in two rounds of action research. The inquiry-based on-line learning activities design include preliminary analysis, task design, process design and evaluation design of the four areas, exploring online learning activities for students learning strategy and method of guidance, The study rely on the free normal school students of the public classes the modern educational technology course for the lab platform, carries out two rounds of action research. Through a process of exploring online learning activities and statistical analysis of the results, students participate in a high degree and can be able to become proficient with the online learning activities and can be reasonably appropriate of self-evaluation and evaluation group, and are effective contribution to the promotion of online learning and information literacy, achieving the purpose of learning and research purposes.
