As science is developing rapidly, people enjoy the benefits of technological progress. However, it also brought about the loss of spirit and the deficiency of personality. The Party Central Committee country leaders and other men of insight in the education field appeal to the society the significance of strengthening the minors’ sound personality, and education on sound personality must be paid more attention in new curriculum enhancements. The personality education of school must be effectively implemented. It not only should pay attention to the educational function of subject teaching, but also cultivate the sound personality by using scientific teaching philosophy and methods and improve the effectiveness of cultivating personality.Based on the conjunction between dialogue Chinese teaching and cultivation of sound personality as a focal point, the writer will elaborate the advantage of cultivation of sound personality adopted Chinese dialogue teaching and explore how to achieve cultivation of sound personality through Chinese dialogue teaching. This paper is divided into four parts.This first part is introduction. This chapter mainly discusses the origin of the study, briefly summarizes the research achievements related to this paper, defines the core concept and roughly introduces the research ideas and methods, which laying the foundation for the following parts. The second part briefly expounds the factors that harm to the cultivation of sound personality according to the traditional Chinese teaching methods and analyzes the reason from the view of the schools, teachers and society. Then, the author attempts to point out the way out of the dilemma.The third section of this chapter discusses in detail the conjunction between dialogue Chinese teaching and cultivation of sound personality. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics of Chinese dialogue teaching and the advantage of the cultivation of sound personality. Secondly, it elaborates the subtle conjunction between dialogue Chinese teaching and cultivation of sound personality from the same factor, the same demand and elements of personality education contained in Chinese dialogue teaching.The third part is the concrete pattern of achieving the cultivation of sound personality in Chinese dialogue teaching. This chapter is divided into four sections. It shows how to achieve cultivation of sound personality through dialogue teaching from teacher-student dialogue, student-student dialogue, student-context dialogue and self-dialogue and enhances the persuasion of this study.The fourth part studies the classes of personality cultivation adopted strategy in Chinese dialogue teaching and elaborates how to carry on Chinese dialogue teaching that help to develop sound personality for students from creating the atmosphere of Chinese dialogue, establishing Chinese dialogue situation, setting up Chinese dialogue topic, grasp the Chinese dialogue guiding strategy and forming developmental Chinese learning evaluation in five aspects.The last part is conclusion.
