In2001year, the Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on how to strength Undergraduate university teaching and improve teaching quality," which mentioned colleges and universities need to popularize to use English and foreign language in teaching.It specially emphasized that "TEFL programs need to be popularize in advance in high-tech field of biotechnology, information technology as well as the other professionals adapted to Chinese financial, legal and other professional after China jointed the WTO". We need to strive to make sure TEFL programs will be used in5%to10%of all colleges and universities’ courses within three years.The policy was carried on with profound social reality of background. Nowadays, on the premise of education internationalization, how to make our education integrate with the international’s, which becomes the priority issue in education, especially higher education needs face to, this makes developing and promoting bilingual education important and urgency to internationalize the higher education. At the meanwhile, There are many problems in the current bilingual teaching bilingual education in China, which results in undesirable consequence.In recent years, with the popularity of the network, online learning gradually comes into people’s life, blended learning absorbed the advantages of online learning and classroom learning become more and more popular, and over wide used in studying courses. Learning how to use this new model to improve teaching effectiveness of bilingual education is a worthy subject for study.In this study, we analyzed the relevant circumstances of bilingual teaching, combined with blended learning theory, and take one bilingual course of educational technology major in Central China Normal University as case study, and then propose solutions based on inadequate implementation of courses.This subject is divided into five parts. See below:1. Research summary. This part includes the background of subject, research significance of this subject, theoretical and practical significance, research methods of this subject.2. Introduction of Bilingual Teaching. This part included the definition of Bilingual Teaching, The background of bilingual teaching happened, the advantages and disadvantage of Bilingual Teaching.3. In-depth understanding of blended learning. This part includes definition of blended learning, relevant principles of blended learning, instructional designs of blended learning, the advantage of using blended learning in Bilingual Teaching. 4. Introduction of case. We took one bilingual course《Instructional Technology and Media)) as case study. According to the theoretical analysis, we made the teaching design, and did the analysis in the teaching.5. Summary and Outlook. First, we summed up the experience and shortcomings of this study. Secondly, we made corresponding suggestions and countermeasures according to the problems of blended learning in bilingual teaching environment.
