As the world economic integration and the social demand for high-quality talents,bilingual teaching is more and more paid wide attention to all circles of life. Becausethrough classroom learning can not improve the students of the bilingual learningabout computer science, in order to creating more bilingual learning environment forstudents, we use the combine classroom learning and network learning effectively,and the two types of learning from each other to demand the twenty-first centuryhigher education needed. In this study, we take 《Computer Science: An Overview》as an example, analyzed and proposed to the problems of the course of bilingualteaching, and some strategies are given to solve the problems. So as to establish theclassroom teaching, practice teaching and network assisted learning on the bilingualteaching. We pay attention to the students feelings, and are enabled to achieve the selfconstruction of knowledge truly, the students will be returned to the classroom, and onthis basis to built the bilingual learning platform, is more suitable for the students ofthe bilingual learning and the growth. We hope that the research and exploration ofbilingual teaching can promote the bilingual teaching development better and faster,and try our best to cultivate the computer science bilingual talents.This paper consists of seven parts, the first chapter mainly talk about the researchbackground、research object、research content and so on; the second chapter, definethe related concept and explain the theoretical of the application; the third chapterstates that the problems existed in the bilingual courses and gave the solutions to thisproblems base on teaching analysis; the fourth chapter we put forward to the design ofthe bilingual teaching mode based on blended learning; the fifth chapter build learningplatform base on the solutions to this problems and designing of bilingual teachingmode; the sixth chapter use questionnaires and interviews between teachers andstudents to compare with general bilingual class and the experiment bilingual class,the experiment shows that bilingual teaching mode based on blended learning hascertain advantages, at the same time we puts forward some suggestions to thebilingual teaching, and play a role of the bilingual teaching research.
