Nowadays, education informationization in our country is a huge system, due to the geographical environment in our country comparatively large difference, lead to different place different basic education informationization development present situation, the problems facing is differ in thousands ways, so you need to adjust measures to local conditions to take corresponding countermeasures, the key is based on empirical data and research planning and policy. In order to explore suitable for the development countermeasures and methods of elementary education in our country, the research on national engineering center for digital learning research "education informatization strategy research base"(central China) and electronic education of hubei province, elementary school in hubei province has carried out a range of empirical research, and to evaluate mainly adopt the method of comparative study, some useful conclusions are drawn, can provide empirical basis for our country elementary education informatization policymakers.In this paper, the main research contents and some research results mainly has the following several aspects:(1) By analyzing the environment of digital campus construction situation in hubei province elementary school, on the basis of education of China statistical yearbook, analyzing elementary school in hubei province digital campus infrastructure development change from2003to2012, hubei and other provinces and foreign digital campus infrastructure for contrast research, know their own level of development in hubei province with the passage of years progress step by step, and hubei province infrastructure construction situation slightly better than the western region, but compared with the eastern provinces and overseas are relatively backward.(2) Through the city, hubei province, county, town and rural primary school between digital campus application level and the comparative study between different city, at the same time will elementary school in hubei province and shaanxi province digital campus application level comparison research, learned that hubei province each region between primary digital campus application level also, there is a big gap between regional coordinated development needs to be strengthened, balanced primary school in hubei province level slightly higher than the shaanxi digital campus applications.(3) Through to the school in hubei province and primary digital campus personnel training, and hubei and hunan comparative study between primary digital campus talent cultivation, slightly higher than the percentage that primary school information technology teachers to teach, but the overall ratio is not high, digital talent training is superior to the primary school in hunan province of hubei province.(4) Based on the primary and secondary school in hubei province digital campus management level, and hubei province and fujian province primary comparative study between the management level of the digital campus, but also to primary school in hubei province digital campus management level influence factors were analyzed, and the extracted digital campus management level of impact factor, calculate the partial regression coefficient, in order to improve the management level of hubei province primary digital campus to provide empirical basis. |
