With the process of the urbanization, more and more suburban junior middle schools involved in the frustration of weak quality of teaching and low teaching efficiency. Therefore the process has been driving the response to deal with the suburban low-performing schooling so as to improve the teaching quality, and the pursuit of teaching dialogue in class is vividly portrayed. The essence of teaching dialogue in class focuses on optimizing the classroom language behavior. And it is mainly accomplished by way of organizating the dialogue in class, which is the specific use of dialogue in teahcing world. The text exampled according to the junior history teaching analyzes the definition and features of class-dialogue and agrees that the dialogue can change the transforming the classroom and optimization of classroom culture. However, the abuse of class-dialogue and the presence of obstacles will weaken the effect from history teaching to class-dialogue. In this way, the teachers are supposed to study the subject at the macro and micro levels.
