| As an important component of basic education,the most urgent task for weak suburban schools is to improve their education quality to promote educational equity.Class organization,as the basic unit of school management,requires quality of class management,and realizes management and educating people is an important way to improve the quality of education.Self-organization theory mainly studies the conditions and dynamic mechanism of organizational system evolution from disorder to order,in order to realize the orderly evolution of organizational system itself and the development of individuals in the organization.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the class self-management of suburban weak junior middle schools from the perspective of self-o rganization theory.Based on the perspective of self-organization theory,this study takes M Middle School in L County of Guizhou Province as the object of investigation,adopts the methods of documentation,questionnaire,interview and participatory observation to study the status quo of class self-management from multiple dimensions.It is found that the self-management of the junior middle school class exists in the low degree of realization of class self-management,class self-organizing ability is not strong,and students’ self-management consciousness is not strong.Problems such as incompatibility with ability.The study found that the main reason for these problems is that the class management concept of the head teacher lags behind,leading to the class management mode is not conducive to the realization of class self-management,while lacking the self-organizing environment and motivation of class self-management.In order to realize the real class self-management,we need to renew the concept of class management,improve the way of class management,create the self-organizing environment of class self-management,and stimulate the self-organizing motivation of class self-management.Based on these strategies,this study carries out an empirical study in Class 5,Grade 7 of M Middle School.Practice has proved that self-management based on self-organization theory can improve class self-organization ability,cultivate students’ autonomy,realize class self-management,and improve the quality of education. |
