In the background of the global economization and adult education internationalization,Chinese-foreign cooperation education is a developing form in the trend of The Times for adult education and plays a vital role in professional personnel training.In these ten years,Chinese-foreign cooperation programme has been developed well and has been expanded in a large scale.The level of cooperation education is going up gradually and the mode is diversified.Developing Chinese-foreign cooperation education not only can introduce the foreign advanced education concept,but also can increase the supply of vocational education.With the development of Chinese-foreign cooperation education,a lot of problems in management emerged.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the analysis of influencing factors of education quality in Sino-foreign cooperative education projects.Sino-foreign cooperative education in our country started late,but rapid development,but there is still a problem that,affects the quality of education,the education quality is the lifeline of Sino-foreign cooperative education project,objective analysis of the impact factors of their existence,and then find the solution is to ensure that the inherent requirement of the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools.Based on this background,this paper takes the Chinese-foreign cooperative education project of Tianjin X College as the research object,and discusses the factors that influence the quality of education.Through analysis of the relevant theories,this paper designs the questionnaire from the aspects of running mode,teaching system,management system and students' own four aspects,such as Tianjin X College,Tianjin Polytechnic University and Tianjin University of Science and Technology Of the adult students conducted a survey,the recovery of 240 valid questionnaires;and engaged in Chinese-foreign cooperative education project management staff,teachers and other 40 people conducted an interview survey,on this basis,summed up the main factors that affect the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education project in teaching System,management system,students' own and school mode,etc.,and use the explanatory structure model(ISM)to analyze and summarize,and put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The main innovative work and its conclusions in this study can be summarized as follows:the adult student education in the Chinese-foreign cooperative education project is unique,should be based on the students' source,cultural background and thinking consciousness,summed up the law of running school,introduce new management ideas;Good quality of education resources are the basis for improving the quality of Chinese-foreign cooperative education;the cultural basis of foreign students,foreign language level,engaged in the background and so there is a big difference in the student management,to fully consider the individual's differences,innovative teaching methods and Management mode.The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to explore various cooperation modes,improve the internal management mechanism,perfect the teaching system and innovate teaching methods.Whether the mode of Chinese-foreign cooperative education in adult education can survive and develop depends not only on the quality of education,but also on the degree of recognition in society.In the Chinese-foreign cooperative education project,should take the actual situation of domestic schools as the starting point,innovation management,shorten the gap with foreign educational institutions.Chinese management personnel should also have a broad vision,advancing with the times management philosophy,to enhance their international awareness,to adopt a scientific education quality to regulate the behavior of students to explore suitable for China's national conditions,for adult students education and education quality model.
