It is the important yardstick of weighing the individual learning ability, and one of the important factors of restricting the results of learning to learning effect, sign that will be studied. There are many researches about language disciplines, but few on chemistry, especially on Chemical Learning Strategies. Aimed at shortcomings of previous, on the basis of a large amount of literature search, has worked out the Content Framework of Senior Middle School Students’Chemistry Learning Strategies, after the actual interview, surveying of high school students learning and semantic encoding the result. After that, again and again, many times preliminary test and revise the questionnaire, in the end test formal the1094middle-school students which come from different areas and levels, and select the items by item-analysis method, as well as establish the studying strategies theory model initially by confirmatory factor analysis by the SPSS11.5. This studying acquires the results as follows by checking the same-Reliability and validity:(1) This studying establishes the Senior Middle School Students’ Chemistry Learning Strategies Scale, the primarily strategies are Cognitive Strategies and Meta-cognitive Strategies, the Time Management Strategies and Help-Seeking Strategies is a large proportion, and there is only Motivation Strategies of the Affective Strategies. (2) The exploratory factor analysis indicates that the scale consists of8factors:Planning strategies, Elaboration Strategies, Monitoring, Reflection and Regulating Strategies, Work-Hard Strategies and Motivation Strategies, Envioronmental Management Strategies, Rehearse and Organizational Strategies. Help-Seeking Strategies, Experimental Strategies.(3) Reliability’s researching shows, the Cronbach’s a coefficient of the scale is0.94, and the Split-half coefficient of the scale is0.92. Validity shows, the correlations between levels ranges from0.222-0.677, and the correlations between levels and scale ranges from0.477-0.873, And the correlations between the levels and the academic performances ranges from0.250~0.395, the correlations between the scale and the academic performances is0.416, both arrived at significant level at0.01.Conclusion:The Reliability and Validity are good, the survey highlights the characteristics of chemistry experiments. This scale could be used to test the Chemistry learning strategy of Senior Middle School Students.
