As the latest curriculum reform started in June,2001 when the ministry of education promulgated, the implementation of integrated practical activity curriculum is considered to be a light and difficult point in the curriculum reform. At present, everything is well-regulated and came into the specific implement period. Because of the course's own characteristic and various external conditions, this course in facing reality tests.This study used survey research methodology, select parts of Dalian City, Liaoning Province primary school teachers and students as an object of study, through questionnaires, interviews, on-site observation, tap out the status of implementation of the course, identify problems, explore measures for the effective implementation of the course provide theoretical support.This study is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the reasons put forward this topic and background, and practical activities at home and abroad a comprehensive research program to do the system in order to find the starting point of this study put forward the purpose and significance of this study, as well as used in this study research methods to explain the implementation process of this study. Then in the comprehensive practice activity courses, curriculum implementation and other related concepts based on the analysis of comprehensive practical activities to implement the content curriculum.The second part of the comprehensive practical activities for primary and secondary schools curriculum implementation status of the investigation, and the main issues for analysis.Content of the survey include:teachers and students of the course knowledge and attitude; curriculum implementation and effectiveness; curriculum implementation problems. The survey showed that:Dalian City, part of the primary school curriculum in integrated practice in the implementation process has made some achievements;At the same time, there are many problems to be solved.The mainly reflected is in:the status of the marginalization of curriculum; curriculum objectives fuzzy; curriculum relative narrowing; curriculum resources simplistic; curriculum implementation superficial.The third part in view of the survey result and the existence subject matter, puts forward this curriculum effective implementation five proposals:Raising the level of theoretical knowledge, accurately grasp the curriculum ideas; the establishment of long-term, systematic teacher training mechanisms; multi-channel widening curriculum resources; establish and improve programs to implement security systems; full access to community support.
