Evaluation of the performance of the first year of implementation of an integrated municipal scholar-sports proyect in primary school in Segovia

Abstract/Summary:
The present study provides the results and conclusions of the evaluation carried out at the end of the first year of implementation of an integrated municipal scholar-sports project, especially focusing on the satisfaction ratings provides by various stakeholders (students, parents, teachers, monitors and coordinators). A questionnaire, an interview and a registration card were designed "ad hoc" for each of the five people involved in the development of the program. Data were analyzed and the results show the satisfaction rates about different aspects of the integrated program of scholar-sport. The strengths and weaknesses of the project are analyzed on aspects as: the general satisfaction, the Friday meetings, use of facilities, attitude an methodology used by the monitors, the approach that is given to exercise regularly and information received about the project.;Conclusion: The performance evaluation of the program shows a very high satisfaction rate in all the agents involved although there are some weaknesses that should be improve in the following application.
