At the background of vigorously developing vocational education in the country, promoting vocational college teachers’ quality improvement plan, with the present situation of serious lack of Double Qualified Teachers, Hunan Province carries out training project of specialized course teachers in secondary vocational school. The project starts from2010to2015. Trainees are all the existing specialized course teachers in secondary vocational school. The project performs the system of overall planning at the provincial level and ranking management. Province-level training as the leader of the project, should play an active role.Based on the above understanding, using literature method, questionnaire survey and interview method comprehensively, this thesis studies the province-level training of specialized course teachers in secondary vocational school in Hunan Province. The study affirms the success of province-level training, points out the problems in training, through in-depth and comprehensive analysis, puts forward some strategies to improve training quality and the overall quality of specialized course teachers in secondary vocational school.The thesis is divided into four parts. The introduction as the first part, mainly includes the background of choosing the thesis and study significance, core concept definition, research situation, research idea and method. The second part is the present situation investigation into province-level training of specialized course teachers in secondary vocational school in Hunan Province. It introduces the general situation on secondary vocational school and province-level training of specialized course teachers in secondary vocational school in Hunan Province as research background. Meanwhile, it shows the survey research for the design and implementation, induction and analysis. The third part introduces the training situation, which includes the achievements and the problems. The achievements mainly are:1.Train for all specialized course teachers, realize equal opportunity;2.Innovate training mode, reflect "teaching, learning and working" as a whole;3. Expand training channels and create the class and network double platforms;4. Reform the content and form of the examination, promote the training development;5. Combine management and service, embody people-oriented. The problems of province-level training mainly display in:1.The province-level training system isn’t sound enough, training base lacks resources integration;2.Training plan is too uniform, base lacks dynamic management;3.Lacking vocational education training theory content leads the misplacement of trainees subjective and objective demands;4.Trainers lack space to grow up and their training level needs to be improved;5.Trainees qualification examination is not strictly, and management is not in place. The fourth part is about countermeasures study on province-level training of specialized course teachers in secondary vocational school in Hunan Province. Main countermeasures are:1.Enrich Vocational education theory content and improve trainees’ identity on training;2.Take personalized training methods and meet trainees’different needs;3.Develop trainees’advantages and play their main role;4.Expand trainers development space and improve training teachers’level;5.Strengthen the management system construction and improve training security system.
