According to the spirit of "State Council's decision to strive to develop vocational education" and " Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance's Advices on implementing the plan for improving the teacher quality of secondary vocational schools", the plan of improving the teacher quality of secondary vocational schools is carried out in our nation, wherein, one of the most important ways is to conduct the training on the teachers of the secondary vocational school. According to the writer, the construction of teacher team of secondary vocational school should comprehensively improve the quality of teachers as the center and build a professional teacher team with sufficient quantity, high quality and reasonable structure, adapting to comprehensively promote the quality of vocational education. Therefore, it is very important to enhance the training evaluation standards of specialized course teacher in secondary vocational school is necessary, but also is very imminent. This paper describes the background and significance of this study, the focus contents and methods of the research. Secondly, the paper reviews the researches at home and abroad involved with the study and analyses the development status in quo of training quality evolution standards for specialized course teacher of secondary vocational schools. Thirdly, the bases, principles, and purposes as well of training quality evolution standards for specialized course teacher under construction are also analyzed. Fourthly, from the view of constructing training quality evolution standards for specialized course teacher of secondary vocational schools, it has designed to build the framework of training quality evolution standards for specialized course teacher and made the specific design on indicators within framework. Fifthly, it has improved the evaluation standards from the concept level, system level and operational level to ensure the implementation of evaluation standard. In the conclusion, it summarizes the main results of this study and inadequate parts as well.
