Specialized courses’ teachers in the secondary vocational schools are the backbone of thevocational education at the grass-roots level. They are the motivation which promoting thedevelopment of the vocational education. To studying on undergraduate curriculumdevelopment in the training of the specialized courses’ teachers in the secondary vocationalschools is an important measure that can promise to train more new and good teachersconstantly. It can improve the quality of teachers in the secondary vocational schools andpromote the quality of the secondary vocational education with a scientific and reasonablecurriculum development. Based on the investigation to the curriculum development of appliedelectronic technology education, there are many problems in curriculum objectives, structure,content, implementation and evaluation. They include exciting a gap between curriculum goaland training goal, lacking of practical courses, imbalance in the structure of the content, withdifferent teaching conditions, difficulties about practicing the teaching methods, evaluation ofdefects. So looking to see the whole body, there are some puzzles in undergraduate curriculumdevelopment in the training of the specialized courses’ teachers in the secondary vocationalschools. And it has an important meaning to study on the idea of undergraduate curriculumdevelopment.Questionnaires, interview and literature survey are used to investigate the curriculumdevelopment of the applied electronic technology in college of the vocational and technicalteachers’ education. They are some education administrators in college of the vocational andtechnical teachers’ education, electronics professional teachers in the secondary vocationalschools graduated from applied electronic technology education, education administrators orhuman resource practitioners in the secondary vocational schools, who would be surveyed.Combined with the available research, the shortages are discussed and strategies are putforward. Then we try to build concept of the undergraduate curriculum development in thetraining of the specialized courses’ teachers in the secondary vocational schools. This papercontains four chapters, the main contents of each chapter is as follows:Chapter1: introduction. This part expounds the aim and significance of the research, the review of related researches, thesis of the basic ideas, the methods, and the conceptdefinition.Chapter2: the foundation of the research of the undergraduate curriculum developmentin the training of the specialized courses’ teachers in the secondary vocational schools. Thispart expounds the basic factors of the curriculum development, just like curriculum objectives,structure, content, Implementation and evaluation. Then it introduces the theory of teachers’professionalization and the teachers’ basic quality in the vocational schools.Chapter3: the current situation about the curriculum development of the appliedelectronic technology education. Combined with the related research and the investigation,this part introduces the current situation about the curriculum development of the appliedelectronic technology education, and discusses and analyzes the problems in it. Then this partgives some suggestions.Chapter4: conclusion of the undergraduate curriculum development in the training of thespecialized courses’ teachers in the secondary vocational schools. Based on the above, thispart concludes the basic principles of the undergraduate curriculum development in thetraining of the specialized courses’ teachers in the secondary vocational schools, and comesup with the fundamental philosophy of the undergraduate curriculum development.
