A Research On The Design Of The In-Service Training Curriculum For Vocational And Technical Teacher

With the status of vocational education in social development continues to improve, the state pays more attention to the construction of vocational school teachers, through policy and financial support to ensure the in-service training is carried out smoothly. As a part of the teacher education, in-service training is the important way to realize professional development of teachers. Curriculum is the core of teacher education, it takes an important role in development of teachers. For a long time, people pay attention on curriculum for pre-service training more than on in-service training, therefore, the study on the design of the in-service training curriculum for vocational and technical teacher, has practical value and significance.The paper studies the design of the in-service training curriculum for vocational and technical teacher by using literature method and questionnaire survey, there are some problems found out in the current in-service training curriculum, for example, the curriculum aims are uniform, usually neglect the needs of teachers; the curriculum content pieced mechanically lacks of targeted; the curriculum structure is unreasonable, arranged freely; the single curriculum implementation way, the effect is not ideal. Based on the analysis of the problem on curriculum design of the in-service training, taking the Costume Design and Technology Major for an example, point out the new idea on in-service training curriculum from the basis of the curriculum aims, content, structure and implementation. Curriculum aims can be divided into three dimensions of knowledge, ability and attitude. Then, analyzing the factors and characteristics of curriculum content, it is suggested to set curriculum content to meet the needs of teachers, building the reasonable type and scale structure, in curriculum implementation, to integrated use a variety of teaching methods.
