The growth of teachers is of vital significance to the development of school education, the education in China has a huge teachers, for China’s economic development and social progress, directly or indirectly. Himself in this article is given priority to with questionnaire investigation, interview method, the Zhuzhou city junior high school of106physical education teachers in the investigation, first understand the basic situation of Zhuzhou city junior high school physical education teachers, including the sports teachers’gender, age, title, and degree etc.; Secondly for physical education teachers in the understanding of new situation to understand; Finally after the curriculum implementation whether there is a breakthrough in the field of teaching physical education teachers were compared, combined with the above view, analysis the influence factors of PE teachers’growth, the following conclusions:First, through the investigation and research, a serious imbalance between junior high school physical education teachers in the sex ratio of Zhuzhou city, other’s age, educational background, professional title structure are at normal levels; Understanding of the new curriculum standard is in place, including some substantial contents in the new standard to master better. Second, curriculum puts forward new requirements for physical education teachers; On the role, the role of a single "teacher" to have multiple roles educator; On the concept, break the inherent concept of career, establish a new concept of teachers and students, teaching idea. In teaching, innovative teaching methods, change the traditional teaching strategy, build a new teaching system. Third, the creation of new curriculum standard for physical education teachers in the field of professional growth has great help, many teachers can use this opportunity to deeply study the new standard, and their own had a further breakthrough in the field of professional knowledge, especially the young teachers. Fourth, the new standard for the development of Zhuzhou city junior high school physical education teachers teaching effect was not significant, part of the teachers did not change according to the characteristics of the students in teaching. By student survey found that most of the physical education teachers in the original teaching mode, only a few teachers with new teaching methods, teaching mode, and let students feel are happy. At the same time, the serious lack of sports playgrounds, equipment and always can not get very good solve, to a certain extent to block the growth of the physical education teachers in teaching. Fifth, in terms of the psychological development of the teachers, most teachers can still grow up from adversity, but job burnout problem is still not the emergence of the new curriculum standard and waned. Sixth, under the background of new lesson mark, the paper analyzes the influence factors of PE teachers’growth, from the objective aspect mainly school leadership emphasis, lack of welfare and sports resources; Look from the subjective aspect is mainly sports teachers’attitude and behavior, this is one of the important factors influencing the sports teachers’growth.
