| In recent years, as the scale of impoverished college students continues to expand, the problems exposed are getting more and more complex. In this large group, extraordinarily impoverished students(impoverished students with poverty filing rating "A"), as a special group, have gotten some "special treatment" and aroused wide concern. As for their realistic difficulties and survival and development situation, however, a systematic and comprehensive survey has still been absent. Of their actual need, the related studies have just been structural or theoretical, without details from the perspectives of them as individuals and the whole ecological system.Based on the perspective of ecological system theory and the research method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined, this paper conducted in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey among extraordinarily impoverished college students and established a control group between them and other impoverished college students with poverty filing ratings "B" and "C". The paper made a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the survival and development situation of extraordinarily impoverished students in each subsystem of ecological system and explored the deep-seated influence factors for their individual development. On the basis of all these, the paper proposed corresponding countermeasures, to improve and support services for their individual development. The research showed that extraordinarily impoverished college students in the ecosystem are facing the problems that the system structure is imbalanced and system interaction absent, to be specific:the elements of micro system are in disorder, extraordinarily impoverished students facing a serious shortage of equity capital; the intervention of intermediate system is in disharmony, the social interaction being relatively lacking; the intervene of outside system is a failure, multi-support being not enough; and the structure of macroscopic system is imbalanced, social donating atmosphere is not strong. In view of these, using social work methods and guided by the concept of developmental financial assistance, I changed the previous practice of "results-oriented rewards" and then focused on "process-oriented rewards". To address the outstanding problems in each subsystem of extraordinarily impoverished college students ecosystem, the paper correspondingly put forward four solutions:to discover their advantages, to enhance interaction, to expand social network and to thicken donating atmosphere. At the same time, in the interaction between the system, the paper explored and tried to build the support mode "developmental financial assistance for extraordinarily impoverished students", which integrated the characteristics of each subsystem and supported their individual development. The support mode is also the model of "one(Department of Education) to make overall arrangements and three(student organizations, college student financial assistance center and Hunan Provincial Student Assistance Research Association) to build commonly", with the expectation of breaking the predicaments faced by extraordinarily impoverished students and promoting their better growth and success. |
