Research On The Subsidy Effect Of Impoverished College Students From The Perspective Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Accurate poverty alleviation is a major transformation of our country' s poverty alleviation and development strategy in the new era.Addressing 70 million people living in absolute poverty is an important measure for realizing accurate poverty alleviation and promoting social equity,and it is also an important guarantee for building a well-to-do society in an all-round way."Poverty Alleviation First Aid",the state pays more attention to the development of education,with particular attention to the education of poor students.With the support of national policies,the phenomenon of“absence of impoverishment" has become less and less,and the overall quality of impoverished students has become higher and higher.More and more impoverished college students have emerged from poverty and changed their destiny due to education.The funding policy promotes education equity and social equity.However,with the rapid development of social economy,our social contradictions have changed and our needs have also changed.How to meet the needs of students' overall development and realize the purpose of funding while protecting the basic student life of families with financial difficulties is the difficulty in implementing the current concept of development-based funding.In addition,in the highly developed Internet age,the chilling events such as“tough speeches" and "purchasing impoverished students with luxuries" emerged in an endless stream.At the same time,the emergence of new funding projects such as "warm heart rice cards "also inspired the author.Therefore,based on poverty theory,justice theory,and efficiency theory,this study establishes a four-dimension evaluation system of value,precision,economy,and education,and comprehensively applies research methods such as interviews,literature analysis,questionnaires,and expert consultations to obtain The results of the funding of impoverished college students in three universities in Guangxi,and in-depth analysis of China's poor college students "funding policy," the problems and causes of the various links,and ultimately explore ways to safeguard education fairness and improve the accuracy of funding.The full text is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part.It mainly introduces the research background and research status of this paper,and puts forward the overall thinking of this article.Chapter 2 introduces relevant concepts,theories,and statistical tools.It also sets four evaluation dimensions that are based on this article—the value dimension,the precision dimension,the economic dimension,and the education dimension.This will lay the foundation for the following.Chapter 3 gives an overview of the overall situation of university students' funding policies and their effects.It gives a detailed introduction to the basic situation and funding status of the sample analysis samples.Chapter 4 analyzes the data based on the social,economic,educational,and ethical dimensions,and obtains the results and problems that poverty-stricken university students receive from the perspective of precision poverty alleviation.Chapter 5 analyzes the causes of the four dimensions of social,economic,educational,and ethical issues,and combines data with other literature.Finally,Chapter 6 proposes policy recommendations in order to promote the personal development of poor college students,reduce the poverty-reducing rate of poverty-stricken families,and achieve the goal of achieving efficient and accurate poverty alleviation.
