With the rapid development of computer and network technology, we have come into the information age since the21st century, and information technology is becoming the mainstream in today’s world. In order to promote the process of education informatization in the whole country, China has identified the spread of information technology education in primary and secondary schools, and stressed the need to strengthen the integration of information technology and other disciplines at the same time. As a core part of primary and secondary education, there is no doubt that the informatization of classroom teaching becomes the main power to promote the development of education informatization.Practice shows that the introduction of information technology in the classroom, can help teachers break through the important and difficult knowledge and stimulate students’ interest in learning; can be beneficial for teachers to expand a variety of teaching modes, which can improve teaching efficiency; can achieve teaching effectiveness optimization, and fully realize the student-centered classroom teaching philosophy. From the traditional "blackboard and chalk", projector to the whiteboard, information technology has brought fresh changes to education whenever it develops. On the one hand, teachers and students enjoy the convenience brought by information technology, but also they have to launch the activities of teaching and learning under the inherent basis of technician at the same time, as a result, many artistic and innovative ideas can’t be implemented, which is harmful to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching at certain extent.Based on this, the National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning, from Central China Normal University, opened the "Pangu plan" drawing the advantages of traditional media and whiteboard, and developed the Pangu Presentaion. It emphasizes modern teaching methods, which can meet the needs of teachers’diverse and personalized ways of teaching and lay a good technical foundation for the innovation of classroom instruction.This study is analyzed on the basis of previous work, done in Shenzhen Bao’an Haiwang Middle School, with PGP electronic double sheet. In this study, the author explored the junior high school geography teaching in electronic dual whiteboard environment with the collaboration with classroom teachers, in order to be able to provide some inspiration and thinking for teachers teaching in the same of similar environment, but also provide some inspiration for the researchers. Course of this study are as follows:(1)Trying to understand the interactive whiteboard application status at home and abroad by reading the literature, in order to determine the target of this study, as well as its methods, thinking and theoretical basis.(2) Focusing on the configuration of the interactive electronic dual whiteboard system and its special features, then propose the advantages of electronic double sheet in junior high school geography teaching, binding properties of the junior high school geography.(3) Combined with electronic dual-board features, attempt to propose the steps and features of instructional in junior high school geography teaching with electronic dual-whiteboard environment, which is the theoretical aspects of the study.(4) According to the previously proposed instructional design methods, design and implement cases with the help of teachers. Through the analysis of the cases, proof electronic dual whiteboard environment can be more helpful to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching than the traditional environment, which is the practical significance of the study.(5) Make a summary of the innovation and weaknesses of this study, and look forward to the follow-up studies.
