With the deepening of national new curriculum reform and the arrival of computer network-centered digital wave, classroom equipment also gradually realize the informatization and modernization. From "blackboard adds chalk" characterized traditional classrooms, to "computer adds projection screen" characterized multimedia classrooms, to now popular interactive whiteboard classrooms, information technology constantly integrated with our class teaching, and provides numerous convenience in promoting the teacher-student interaction, converting teaching and learning methods, improving teaching effect, etc. Based on the advantage of traditional blackboard and interactive whiteboard, Interactive dual whiteboard adopt double track present teaching mode, which offers greater freedom to teachers’ teaching and students’learning.Research on the application of interactive dual whiteboard to biology classroom teaching in junior high school, aims at exploring effective method and application strategy in using IWB to biology classroom teaching, in order to achieve deep integration between information technology and discipline teaching, accelerate new curriculum teaching reform pace. Full-text is divided into five parts:Part one, introduces the research background, carding the research status at home and abroad, clarify the main research contents, methods and research significance.Part two, introduces the system composition of interactive dual whiteboard, analysis PGP dual-board teaching characteristics. Combined with junior high school biology curriculum related elements, the author dissecting the superiority and theoretical foundation in using IWB to biology classroom teaching;Part three, the author selected three common lesson type in junior high school biology class (new lesson, experimental lesson, exam paper evaluation lesson). According to different type and content, the author offers teaching design and implementation process under IWB environment, then analyzes the interactive dual whiteboard influence on teacher-student interaction, contents presentation, etc in specific cases. Through questionnaire survey, the author analyzes teachers and students’ attitude, learning effect and influencing factors of IWB; Part four, based on the former research, from raise operation level of interactive dual whiteboard, strengthen resource associative meaning, create teaching situation, enhance interaction, convert teaching-learning methods, resources accumulation and innovate evaluation seven aspects, the author put forward application strategies of biology classroom teaching based on Interactive dual Whiteboard;Part five, summarize full text, and points out deficiencies and defects exist in biology classroom teaching based on interactive dual whiteboard, then make prospect in its improvement and development.
