After the reform and opening up of China, the development of education in China makes a spurt of progress and achieves great progress, and cultivates a batch of talents the society needs.It has made brilliant achievements, but with the development of the society, some of the problems gradually appear, why China can’t appear the Nobel prize scientists? Why our education can’t train outstanding talents? The similar problems of "Tsien Hsueshen" always can be heard without end. The problems of higher education frequently appear, such as the innovative talents training ability is weak, the practice teaching seriously weakens, the social demands to the talents of university culture is inconsistent and so on,these problems seriously impedes the development of education, also affects the overall development of the society.From this point of view, this paper mainly focuses on Tsien Hsuesheri’s education thought, from system science, Theory of metasynthetic wisdom, Education of metasynthetic wisdom into three aspects of inquiry answer to "Tsien Hsueshen asking ", designs college into training program of smart talents, puts forward to a new talent wisdom study that makes end,of "Tsien Hsueshen asking" possible, and reflrcts the advantages of intellectual education as compared with traditional education. In this thesis, Tsien Hsueshen’s system science and the theory of metasynthetic wisdom as the guiding ideology, contents of the research are as follows:The introduction mainly discusses "Tsien Hsueshen asked" is proposed and its related background, literature review, research ideas and framework, innovation and shortcomings of the content, narrative spread foundation.The first chapter discusses the end of "Tsien Hsueshen asked" whether it is possible. From the "Tsien Hsueshen’s question" put forward, echo, answer to get "back to Tsien Hsueshen" is the answer "Tsien Hsueshen asked the right way" to adapt to the needs of the times.The second chapter discusses the Tsien Hsueshen system to learn to create presented with the "theory of metasynthetic wisdom" concept. Tsien Hsueshen’s great wisdom education is based on the system science and the theory of metasynthetic wisdom of thought put forward, therefore this chapter mainly from the shape and form of perspective to discuss the great wisdom of educational philosophy and theory.The third chapter discusses the great wisdom talent training schemedesign and practice exploration. The development of modern science and technology, higher education urgently need new talents, this chapter from the shape under the perspective of great wisdom education thought. On the one hand, the great wisdom talent is a kind of based YuDaChengwisdom science talent view, on the other hand, great wisdom talents of the specialty and teaching process unfolds differ from normal education.The fourth chapter discusses the "possible to end Tsien Hsueshen’s question". This chapter respectively from the philosophical level, concept level, practice level narrative in education and normal education, the difference between wisdom and found its great advantage.
