Today’s society, the rapid development of science and technology, increasing the total of human knowledge, the increasing demand for talent, with further reform of China’s middle school physical education, on all aspects of the quality of physical education teachers put forward higher requirements, how to adapt to modern physical education needs, which requires specialized physical education teachers to improve their own ability to continuously update their knowledge and enhance their professional skills. Therefore, education in teacher education throughout the session is particularly important after the PE teacher’s office. After the construction of vocational education curriculum of teacher education is an important manifestation of post-service teacher education ideas and content, but also the entire teacher education in fundamental global issues with.n this paper, the status quo training and education after high school PE teachers in Wuhan for example, the use of literature, questionnaire, logical analysis, expert interviews and statistics on the status of education after high school PE teachers in Wuhan investigation and analysis, the following conclusions:1Wuhan City, the proportion of middle school PE teachers constitute a reasonable, normal age structure, educational structure there is room for improvement.2Wuhan to participate in most of the post-secondary school physical education teachers and vocational education training content and curriculum arrangement is quite satisfactory. However, due to the organizational units and vocational education more, so organizers set up more complex arrangements of course, the dominant position of teachers in the study did not reflect the content is repeated lack of hierarchy, so there are still part of the physical education teachers and vocational education curriculum feel unreasonable.3through the study found that most of the high school physical education teachers believe after attending vocational education and training is necessary, and they want to be able to solve the real problems of teaching through training, and more training to their hopes raised higher requirements and enhance professional competence, enhance the level of business. There is still insufficient awareness of the importance of a part of the physical education teachers to participate in vocational education and training, not enough emphasis, which is due to two reasons for the high school physical education teachers have organized their own reasons and vocational education and training problems in itself constituted. 4Middle School PE Teachers reflect arduous task of teaching is difficult to have enough time and energy into learning education after reporting for duty were to go, plus some of the training needs of the trainees themselves tuition, transportation and other expenses, to produce teachers no small pressure. Conflicts between work and learning have an impact on the direct cause of a considerable part of physical education teachers participated in the vocational training.5survey, the Wuhan City high school physical education teachers and vocational education to some extent by the recognition, but there are many problems:a single form of training, some teachers utilitarian thinking seriously, scripted training, curriculum unreasonable place. Some units lower degree of information, lack of opportunity, lack of appropriate support, such as schools.To this end, this paper proposes the following:1fully mobilized to participate in post-secondary school physical education teachers and vocational education training initiative, the implementation of effective incentives for them, such as teacher training titles and bonuses linked to a clear responsibility to implement effective incentives and disincentives2curriculum on a sudden out of the era, scientific, practical. Meet the actual needs of physical education teaching, but also should pay attention to practicality and times, will be combined to solve actual problems faced by teachers in teaching and educational reform both. After high school PE teachers to increase knowledge forefront of education and training, professional teaching knowledge on the proportion of the course content.3funding mechanism is established to participate in vocational training, job training requirements after attending a sports teacher is issued every right to be enjoyed during the training, teachers are entitled to paid leave job training system, and school teachers to participate in vocational education and training after the period should also be given appropriate travel and meal allowances.4. Development of appropriate laws and regulations, improve the system, to resolve conflicts and to participate in the work between vocational education and training, vocational education and training will be the time to try to arrange in the winter and summer or during the holidays. Avoid teachers appear to work, learning two can not be balanced.5as soon as possible to establish a vocational education and training and the corresponding appraisal system. By establishing appraisal system, training teachers correct attitude towards learning, improve learning enthusiasm to participate in training to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of physical education teachers. This is also an important part of the system to establish a sound system of vocational education.
