On the one hand,the quality and individual ability level of young people, determine the speed and altitude of our country’s future development. On the other hand, training and developing the young people’s leadership, especially high school students in leadership, to let the students know themselves in various aspects,to avoid entering the blind choice of profession. Adolescence is a critical period of leadership development. Adolescent personality began to form during this period, and willing to try and accept new things and learn new skills. This study investigated the status of middle school students leadership and try to explore test the relationship between high school students leadership and extra-curricular sports activities.Stratified random sampling to select Wuhan, Hubei Province Enshi City junior high and high school students each two schools, a total of four schools in grades7-121050high school students for the study. Select the reliability and validity of the use of high school students leadership scale and high school students extracurricular activities participate as a measurement tool in this study questionnaire. Using SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis, the main draw the following conclusions:(l)Hubei Provincial high school students’s Leadership belonging to the middle level.(2)In sex girls communication skills, cooperative forces and values higher than boys.(3)in the class, senior high school student’s leadership is significantly higher than junior high school students, student cadres’s leadership is higher than non-student cadres, the longer the time served as class cadre, the higher its leadership.(4)Hubei Provincial students’s leadership in urban and rural high school students is no no difference.(5)Leadership in self-confidence, communication skills, intelligence, decision-mak ing, values showed significant differences in family income. To some extent, more family income, student leadership is higher, the number of household income, have a significant impact on student leadership.(6)six dimensions of leadership on the academic performance showed significant differences. Leadership finest student achievement is higher than moderate student achievement, the next like. Showed better academic performance, the higher the student leadership. Academic performance is good or bad, has a significant impact on the leadership. (7)Hubei Province six dimensions of leadership and extracurricular activities and sports three dimensions correlation each other.Confidence in the leadership, communication skills, intelligence,cooperation and power, decision-making power of the five dimensions were related to sports and fitness and strength training, sports club activities, sports training and competition; this dimension in terms of value, followed by sports-related strength interest in activities, sports and fitness and training and sports training and competition; sports training and competition intensity and leadership were related to communication skills, intelligence, decision making, cooperation, confidence and values; interest in sports-related activities and leadership strength were cooperation, communication, confidence, intelligence, values, decision-making power; sports fitness and training related to strength and leadership in order to communicate with power, intelligence, cooperation, confidence, decision-making power and values.
