Middle school students' physical health level is directly related to our nation's competitiveness and talent training quality,and extracurricular sports activities to promote a great role in promoting the healthy development of young students,it is to develop a variety of physical quality of students for the purpose,provided the condition for the students to a variety of physical exercise,can help students to prevent the body disease,enhanced physique,improve health,in order to fit the needs of the "healthy China 2030" planning program,it is very urgent to focus on middle school students' health problems,therefore,under the background of health in China in changsha city high school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities,analyzing the present situation investigation Then put forward corresponding countermeasures to improve changsha middle school students to participate in extracurricular sports activities of the initiative.This paper mainly USES four research methods,namely literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,to investigate the participation of middle school students in extracurricular sports activities in changsha city,and analyze the problems and causes,so as to propose corresponding strategies.The research results show that:(1)the objective participation of middle school students in extracurricular sports activities is generally at a low level,and the resultsare not optimistic.In terms of participation consciousness of extracurricular sports activities,the percentage of high scores in each dimension is more than 50%,and the overall participation consciousness is higher.Present the contradiction between objective participation and subjective intention.(2)there are demographic differences in the participation level of middle school students in extracurricular sports activities.In terms of gender,boys are higher than girls;At grade level,junior high school is higher than senior high school;In professional nature,physical education students are higher than other students;In whether living or not,day students are higher than living students;In terms of academic performance,the good ones are higher than the bad ones.(3)the main problems of middle school students' participation in extracurricular sports activities include: the objective participation level of middle school students in extracurricular sports activities is not high;Middle school students' participation in extracurricular sports activities is relatively single;The contradiction between the objective participation status and subjective participation consciousness of middle school students' extracurricular sports activities;Demographic difference has influence on middle school students' participation in extracurricular sports activities.(4)In the analysis of influencing factors.In this paper,the factorsaffecting the participation of middle school students in extracurricular sports activities are deeply explored and discovered from the macroscopic view,the mesoscopic view and the microscopic view.The macro vision is mainly: the restriction of our country's education and higher education system,the influence of social traditional culture habitus;The middle view is mainly: school fine management system caused by the lack of spare time students,family sports environment on the students subtle impact;Micro perspective is mainly: middle school extracurricular sports facilities are insufficient,middle school students participate in extracurricular sports awareness of domestic demand is not strong.(5)There are many reasons that affect the participation of middle school students in extracurricular sports activities,so the proposed strategies are multidimensional.In the macro adjustment,there are mainly: continue to deepen curriculum reform,form the whole society to support school sports;In the implementation of the main aspects: school management system to personalized management change,create a healthy family sports culture;In the micro measures,there are: increase the investment in school sports facilities,enhance the awareness of middle school students to participate in extracurricular sports.
