2012is the first year of Massive Open Online Course.2013is the first year of Massive Open Online Course in China. With the development of information technology, education is quietly changing, especially the highly integration of technology and education, which is pregnant with a new reform of educational situation. In the Ten-year Plan for the Development of Education Informazation (2011-2020) issued by the Minister of Education in2012, It is noted that information technology will make a transformative impact on education in future. As the network technology is glowing fast. Learning methods and Learning concept are changing. Online study sets the learners free from the limit of time and space of traditional way of learning. More and more people use the Internet to learn new knowledge. Learners can take a suitable course according to their own time and interest if he or she choose MOOC.After reading the relevant literature of online education, keep up with the latest development in modern education informazation. I focus on the research new ways of learning methods Massive Open Online Course, or called MOOC. MOOC meets the needs of learners of different nationalities, different nation, and different ages. The article summarizes the reasons why MOOC developed so fast, development period and the difference between ordinary video courses. Afterwards, it analyzed the teaching theory and learning theory of MOOC. It also made an Analysis and comparison for the typical MOOC education system in China and aboard, put forward the general framework of MOOC platform, which includes the following five elements:curriculum development team, curriculum learners, curriculum resources, interaction and evaluation and certification. It made a detailed analysis for the five elements which are tightly combined and mutually reinforced. After that, I took part in an MOOC teaching case on platform. I tracked the learners’ learning situations in many ways, explored the learners’basic situation, their learning attitudes, learning processes and learning result feedbacks in a MOOC education. During the research, I found that "Probability" course results from a curriculum development team, not a teacher, the course organizer, an instructor, and the teaching probability game developers. The number of learners is far more than the number of traditional classroom-learning. In the curriculum resources, to provide learning contents like the syllabus, teaching plan, video, assisted learning documents and so on, the curriculum resources are classified according to the language-subject discipline; learners use learning community, the course forum, QQ group and other interactive tools in learning; in the ways of the evaluation, performance evaluation is mainly decided by each week’s assignment and final exam, the assignment scores accounted for70%, final exam30%. Additionally, there is another game testing which can add some scores. In the learning attitude, learning attitude to MOOC is positive and optimistic. Self-disciplined and learning initiative is of great concern. The learner consider MOOC is conducive to learning and knowledge sharing. In the learning process, teachers are good at using classroom guidance to lead learners learning. When learners get in the face of questions, they mostly use interactive tools to discuss and communicate, rather than take the attitude of giving up. However, in the learning results, among the2200learners who concerns the course, only25people have obtained the certificate, which shows that the number of the finally qualified learners using the MOOC is still in a low level.MOOC learning is an effective way of learning in the new century. It is useful to cultivate the learners’ abilities of self-mangement, communication and innovation. The rise of MOOC is a challenge to traditional education and also gives a warning to the university.
