With MOOC are widely known,more and more colleges and universities begin to construct it,which prompts to increase a lot of courses.But not all MOOC are in high quality and have a good learning experience.The higher drop-out rate of MOOC set off a wave of quality assurance programs,some foreign organizations have set up corresponding evaluation criteria for improving the quality of courses,the domestic also began to research it.But the standards and measures that were proposed are mostly from the perspective of curriculum builders and managers,the research of ensuring MOOC quality from the learner perspective is still in blank.This study attempts to construct MOOC quality evaluation criteria from the perspective of the learner,to evaluate the quality of MOOC,thus contributing to enhance the quality MOOC courses and learning experiences.This article first introduces the background of the research of MOOC quality evaluation based on learner perspective,defines the scope of the study,analyzes and summarizes the whole research process.Then,constructs the assessment standard of MOOC based on learner perspective.The first step,analyze the mature quality model of online courses,obtain the quality factors of online courses.Combining the consistency and diversity of MOOC and online courses,quality concept of MOOC,to build quality evaluation model of MOOC.The second step,in accordance with the construction principles of evaluation criteria and the quality model of MOOC to determine the dimensions of evaluation criteria.Preliminary construct the MOOC quality evaluation criteria from the perspective of the learner.Through the method of expert evaluation to further revise and improve the indicators,and ultimately form thet evaluation system.The third step,after the standard-setting,verify it in a small range to further improve the evaluation criteria and verify the feasibility of the evaluation criteria.Finally,summarize the reflection,achievements and prospects.
