MOOC(massive open online courses)is a large-scale online open course.In 2013,MOOC entered Asia on a large scale.Good university online became the first MOOC platform in China,followed by a large number of MOOC platforms such as Chinese University MOOC.With the help of Internet,MOOC breaks through the traditional teaching fortress with its unique attraction and outstanding advantages,provides the possibility for everyone to receive equal education,continuously promotes the construction and sharing of high-quality teaching resources in Colleges and universities,and constantly expands the coverage of high-quality education resources.At present,the development speed of MOOC in Colleges and universities,which initially appeared in a blowout pattern,has been slowed down.Many researchers have questioned it from different perspectives.Among them,"low return rate" and "high dropout rate" are one of the important reasons why MOOC has been criticized.How to improve the satisfaction of learners is attracting more and more scholars to conduct in-depth research.Based on the effective improvement of MOOC platform's service quality,curriculum quality,learning effect and overall competitiveness,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of MOOC learning satisfaction in China from the perspective of learner satisfaction,combined with previous research results,and closely combined with the characteristics of MOOC education and teaching;establishes the analysis level of influencing factors of MOOC learner satisfaction,and analyzes Framework and model construction,combined with the specific practice of MOOC platform education courses in Chinese universities,carry out mathematical statistics analysis,and put forward relevant countermeasures and policy suggestions for the key influencing factors of MOOC learners' satisfaction,such as government,universities,enterprises and platform operators,so as to improve learners' satisfaction with MOOC learning and meet learners' satisfaction with platform and course construction The actual needs of the Department,together to create a national learning atmosphere.
