With the rapid development of information technology and Internet technology,Internet +,as a new economic form,has penetrated into all areas of society,has become the fundamental driving force of technological progress,improve efficiency and organizational change.In the Internet era,mobile connectivity,big data let information explosive growth,knowledge iteration and update to a new height.Human beings are facing new challenges: information overload and knowledge fragmentation.As the main body of education communication,teachers should learn to use the Internet to upgrade their knowledge iteratively,change the traditional way of learning,and use the Internet to learn."Internet + Era" is the beginning of technology to promote educational change,teachers should expand the concept of "Internet +" MOOC,according to the openness and diversity of Internet + education,can let teachers break through the restrictions of time,space,resources and other conditions,anytime,anywhere to learn,and more and more MOOC is applied to teacher training,promote the professional development of teachers.In order to verify the implementation effect of the "Internet +" teacher personal knowledge management course,the research on MOOC learner characteristics and learning effects,using literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire,qualitative analysis and statistics The analysis method analyzes the learner's behavior data,course background data,classroom discussion area data,and questionnaire data.The study is divided into the following seven sections:First,in combing the research background and the research status at home and abroad,taking the "Internet +" era teacher personal knowledge management" as an example,put forward the research question: Is this course help for learners? How much does the course help learners? What are the learners' needs for this course?Second,define relevant concepts,elaborate relevant theoretical foundations,and provide theoretical basis for the thesis.Third,an overview of the "Individual Knowledge Management for Teachers in the Age of Internet +" course,including course introduction,course content framework,and basic data.Fourth,the analysis of MOOC learner characteristics,including learner demographic statistics,learner learning behavior data,learner feature clustering analysis-using 15 clustering indicators,using K-means clustering algorithm,The class is three types of learners,and some relevant conclusions are drawn from the analysis of learner behavior data.Fifth,the analysis of the learning effect,using the qualitative research method to analyze the content of the learner's course learning and curriculum design suggestions in the classroom discussion area,and get the learner's harvest into shallow,middle and deep harvest.Get relevant improvement strategies and suggestions for the course,including the setting of course content,the setting of course resources,the setting of assessment mechanism,and the setting of interaction mechanism.The questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the learning outcomes of the course completion questionnaires,and the learners' learning situation was obtained.Sixth,the correlation between the learner's characteristics and the learning effect is analyzed,that is,the gender of the learner,the age of the learner,whether the learner participates in the final assessment,the number of video views,the number of times of repeated viewing of the video,the number of times the document is viewed,the number of clicks,Participate in the analysis of the number of tests,online duration,number of topic posts,number of replies,number of comments,total number of participants,number of times,number of replies,number of replies,and number of praises.Seventh,the conclusion is drawn that this course is helpful to learners;the degree of help for the learners is different;and the learner's demand for the curriculum is known.At the same time,it also puts forward the innovations and inadequacies of the research.Based on the above research,the ultimate goal is to promote the optimization and iteration of the curriculum,and provide corresponding reference and reference for the MOOC construction of teachers' teaching ability improvement.
