With the growth of the Chinese elementary education, the scale of China’s educationmaster is also increasing. As an important branch of the education master, the trainingof the in-service education master has drawn more and more our attention. Comparedto the education master, the population of the in-service education master has its ownparticularity that training this population focuses on cultivating teachers with previousteaching experience, hence the education subject has the duality of being both theteacher and the student. Therefore, the training of the in-service education master should not be limited to theconventional patterns, but instead the “dual-mentor” modal should be applied toregarding its particularity and practicality. The advantage of the “dual-mentor”training model is the ability of integrating the scientific education theories and therealistic teaching experience, which will bring an effective improvement to theeducation subject’ s practical competence, not only relying on the accumulation of thetheoretically scientific knowledge. Encouraging teachers in-service to apply for thecontinuing-education education master contributes to the enhancement of the frontlineteachers and administrators’ literacy and working capability. With the rapid development of the teaching model for education master, it in turnsexposes the problem of the training of in-service education master that the positioningof the education goal is not clear; Related colleges and universities are not fullyprepared for the training; The in-service education master belongs to one branch ofthe new-generation education master, and the related colleges and universities lack ofthe particular teaching experience; In addition, it doesn’t form an effectiveevaluation system throughout the training process of the in-service education master.
