The society needs dual talents who have excellent qualities and abilities in public education and vocational education. College education has dualism of publicity and professionalism because of satisfying the society’s need of talents. College education teaches students public knowledge、skills and regulations about the social activities’ needs and teaches them professional knowledge, skills and norms about the vocational activities’ needs. The harmonious development of dual education is the inevitable trend of college education, we should treat the dualism of college education objectively and implement its dual education mode, but during the process of dual education, existing some problems.The talents who are cultivated by colleges that can’t meet the demands of society,that is there a gap between the college dual education and the demands of society.The aim of the article is to analysis the problems of college dual education and establish the appraisal system.Make each college know the level of dual education,then improve the quality of dual education and the level of talent cultivation on the basis of dual educational mode.Firstly, introduce the basic concepts and relevant theories.The basic concepts include dual talents, general education and professional education;the relevant theories include talent training theory, humanistic theory, educational assessment theory and contemporary educational theory.They are the theoretical support of this article.Secondly, analysis situation of social talents’ demands and college problems.The content includes the problems of college dual education,reason analysis and the new requirements that society proposes,which providing gist for the establishment of appraisal system.Thirdly, establish the appraisal system of college dual education.It includes guiding ideology, principle and conducting the empirical analysis of appraisal system reliability and validity aim.Establish the appraisal system in view of the reasons of dual education’s problems and reasons, besides on the basis of references and surveys.Implement the appraisal system and conduct the empirical analysis of appraisal system reliability and validity analysis of questionnaire.Finally, Put up suggestions of dual education.Propose rationalization proposal.Besides colleges can know the specific improvement measure through the appraisal system.Colleges can achieve their goals by combing them...
