The change of the demand for talents in the knowledge age has prompted the transformation of the training courses in colleges and universities from the focus on knowledge transfer to the focus on cultivating learners' problem-solving skills.In order to promote the improvement of the teaching effect of college training courses and the cultivation of learners' problem-solving ability,this paper studies the construction of a dual-master learning environment model based on problem solving,and conducts teaching case studies.The author has consulted the relevant literature and participated in the teaching practice of the computer training course of Z College as a teaching assistant.It is found that the current teaching practice of colleges and universities has the following problems:First,the current practical training course of colleges and universities can not adapt The information age requires talents;secondly,the existing learning environment has insufficient connection between theory and practice,and the learners' achievement goals are not high.Third,the university has both a theoretical knowledge and a problem-solving learning environment.The teaching design model lacks other issues.This article based on the double main problem solving learning environment design used in practice teaching,can solve the problems appeared in the practice teaching in colleges and universities,and with reference to the existing model of learning environment,with "dual master" instructional design theory,based on the problems of philosophy of science theory,distributed cognition theory,activity theory,the situated cognition theory as the instruction,according to the learning environment based on the double main problem solving teaching design principles and elements of building in computer training course in colleges and universities to promote the learners' problem solving ability development model of double primary learning environment based on problem solving,The teaching model mainly includes front-end analysis,problem solving activity design,teaching evaluation design and so on.Course experiment of the practical network technology,for example,selecting a Z college application of electronic technology professional classes for the practice of teaching cases,according to build the model of double primary learning environment based on problem solving for the teaching of the course design,then according to the teaching design to carry out the teaching case practice,at last,through questionnaire survey,interviews,group classes comprehensive experiment evaluation,final grade,and other data to analyze the effect of the practice of the model and evaluation,so as to verify the feasibility and validity of the model.The practical results of teaching cases show that learners have a good feedback on the application model teaching.Learners take problems as the core,gradually solve the problems in the experiment.have clear learning objectives,and improve their knowledge application and problem-solving ability to a certain extent.The innovation of this research is to apply problem solving teaching to the teaching of practical training courses,and to construct a set of dual-master learning environment model based on problem solving that can promote the development of students' problem solving ability.The research results can provide reference for college teachers to carry out practical training course teaching.
