With the development of mobile communication system,Mobile phones are no longer only applies to ordinary interpersonal communication,comply with the fast speed of the renewal of knowledge in the Information Age and the demand of learning in anytime and anywhere. Mobile learning is more and more popular with the learners. Based on mobile learning rural teachers’ cooperative teaching can not only solve the rural teachers existing research learning resources update slow, the contradiction in teacher training in engineering, construction of internal resources and communication difficulties, lack of knowledge accumulation platform support, also with the mobile information age people match to the requirement of individuation and lifelong learning.This paper based on the reference of related literature at home and abroad, analysis summarized the domestic and foreign research achievements in the field of mobile learning, discusses the characteristics of mobile learning, teachers’ cooperative teaching and research, such as micro research basic theory. Integrated use of literature method, interview method and questionnaire investigation, to mobile learning applications in rural teachers’ cooperative teaching research as a starting point, discusses the application of mobile learning in rural teachers’ cooperative teaching present situation and development prospects; Move through the interview to understand learning applied to the inner resistance of rural teachers’ cooperative teaching and the rural teachers’ attitude to mobile learning and mobile research; By investigating the rural teachers’ demand for mobile learning is obtained, the factors that affect and restrict the mobile learning, explore the potential of mobile learning applied to rural teachers. The survey results of this study is that rural teachers on the existing way of teachers’ cooperative teaching satisfaction is low, most of them have mobile learning conditions and strong desire for mobile learning system is practical function has great expectations, but think of mobile learning only as an auxiliary form of the existing study.Based on these investigation result,took the rural teachers’ cooperative teaching smoothly as a starting point,this paper put forward the following countermeasures:(1) Administrative participation, arouse the rural teachers’ awareness of mobile learning.①Make the implementation of mobile learning system;②School education departments involved,Guiding the teacher use mobile phones.(2)Provide multiple mobile learning communication platform, construct of mobile learning community.(3)The design of the micro content mobile learning interest in rural teachers.(4)"Against Chuan Bang Dai", establish of the human environment of mobile learning to rural teachers.
