As the pupils during the policy proposals put forward, by leaps and bounds of pupils have leisure time, associated with relative ease in students learning burden and the further education reform, the elementary school students have more and more free rein in time. But, in fact, the amount of added hasn’t made students’ leisure life improved, the current primary school there are many problems in using of leisure time. And the team is in an elementary school in G in wuhan city community, the community and most of them are children of laid-off workers in primary school, parents are working outside to earn money at ordinary times, so the responsibility of the education the children fell on the old man, old man rarely more dote on their grandchildren and furthermore pupil age is small, self-control ability is poor, and the nature of the pupil is naughty, so plan on their own time management is not realistic.To solve these problems, this activity plan is mainly to help the community primary school pupils learn to time management, with the method of social work team work is given priority to, guidance on the theory of social work of professional knowledge, through to team’s overall objectives and goals, so as to reach the team’s purpose. The community group activities in the form of voluntary recruitment G primary school grade five or six years of primary school children, in November to December, every Friday afternoon, two to three G community multimedia classroom primary school in Wuhan, were to work in groups of seven, mainly through the little game interaction, share experience, to help pupils learn to time management, know to cherish the time. At the end of the team and at the same time, to the effect of group and team activities detailed evaluation, so that they can for primary school students time management make some contribution to the social work practice.This paper has five parts, the first part:introduction, mainly introduces the background and research purpose and research significance of this project. The second part: literature review, consult about primary school students time management home and abroad as well as the literature of social group work, mainly described the concept of time management, primary school students time management related research, the concept of team work and follow the principle of group work. The third part: the project design, mainly is the specific implementation of service plan, team work, including theoretical basis, group set up, the problems and solutions in activity plan, implementation and project evaluation, through seven times the development of the group activities, help team members to achieve team goals. Learn to manage time The fourth part: budget, detail group activities to carry out the necessary funds and materials. The fifth part: reflection and shortage, mainly expounds the service plan team work and summary.
