The goal of the ideological and political education is to promote a free and comprehensive development of human beings. In fact, the ideal faith education is the key to this aim. The post-90s college students have become the main part of the college students, their dream and faith have a important impact on both individual development and national revival. In this paper, we are trying to analyze and summarize the outstanding issues from these four dimensions:social and political ideal, professional inspiration, moral pursuit and the ideal of life in the process of seeking and achieving their dreams, based on the empirical researches and academic achievements. In addition, combined with these issues, we will devote ourselves to explore and innovate the ideal education by referring theories and practical experience.The rapid development of era and A profound change of society have challenged the ideal education and put forward some new requirements. Overall, academics focus on post-90s’social and political ideal. The relevant studies from individual perspective is relatively less and not systematic. Both the standard of the research and the scientificity of the conclusion need to improve because different people have their own different opinions when they conduct the empirical research on post-90s’dreams. In this paper, we proceed more systematic and comprehensive research by questionnaire survey and literature study, integrated the theoretical achievements of the other scholars.Dreaming is the fundamental symbol of human. It’s significant for teachers to guide the post-90s college students to pursue and fulfill their dreams. But in the real life, the dreams of post-90s college students are with the characteristics of ambiguity, individuality, utility, fragility. By reflecting on the present situation of college ideal education, we argue that college ideal education is currently faced with the following four problems:some partial education concepts are still existing; we are lacking the clear understanding to the law of education combined with self-education; the function of education ways are limited and the discording education strengths have not lead to a pleasant result.In order to cope with the current issues, the college ideal education for post-90s college students should concentrate on the four aspects. First of all, renovate education concepts. Specifically, meeting social need and promoting individual development are both important; improving the thinking ability is ought to be equally emphasized as the theoretical knowledge teaching; reinforce the emotional education and transform the knowledge into beliefs. What’s more, obey the rule of education. On one hand, the educators should understand the characteristics of post-90s’ thought, behaviour and their desire; on the other hand, with the help of teachers, post-90s college students should be aware of their initiative and creativity strongly and strengthen self-education. Thirdly, optimize the approaches of education. That is, carry out effective psychological counseling to improve the psychological quality of post-90s college students; carry out high-quality campus cultural activities to improve the humanistic quality and practical abilities of post-90s college students. At last, integrate education strengths, combine the teaching, management and service to achieve the post-90s college students; combine the social education, family education and school education.
