For a long time, the composition has been regard as the focus of literaturescience and education and learning by the primary and secondary school teachers andstudents. At the same time, it has always been the difficult of Chinese teaching, inorder to improve the students’ writing ability and level, teachers and students are oftenstruggled, but to little effect. The author found that in a chance: on the compositionteaching and research, the existing literature has focused on the discussion andanalysis how to improve students’ ability in composition, but ignored if thecomposition of teachers’ teaching ability is qualified.As a result, I began to think the teacher for poor students composition ability,low level of the status quo of how much responsibility. And through the analysis onthe existing literature data and investigate to do a preliminary study on the problem.After investigation and analysis, the author found that: on the one hand, the domesticis really lack of studies of composition teaching abilities, on the other hand, our highschool Chinese teachers itself exists some problems on the composition teachingability, and the related study of composition teaching competence have larger demand.So I decided to explore tentative a qualified high school teacher of Chinese in thecomposition teaching should have what kind of ability.I used my internship in practice school selection of teachers and accept thequestionnaire survey of students. By targeting group interviews with teachers and theway the two questionnaire surveys of students, a preliminary understanding of thecurrent basic situation of our country middle school language teacher compositionteaching ability, the author use the grounded theory approach to encode material withthe original, find a common problem that deserves attention. On the basis of relyingon high school Chinese course standard summarizes the composition teaching of highschool Chinese teacher need the ability to relate to what, initially established a eligiblehigh school language teacher should have the ability of composition teaching systemframework.This system mainly includes the teacher’s own writing ability and teachers in the teaching of composition ability before and after class. The writing ability of teachersthemselves mainly include collect the accumulation of material, the topic conception,overall planning, language expression, modify, perfect. While the class teacher in thecomposition teaching ability are mainly "for his" ability, the ability of compositionteaching plan,"for students" ability, etc. Ability after class are mainly concentrated inthe aspect of composition evaluation, including "establishing clear evaluation idea andability evaluation purposes", establish an open plural evaluation ability, we shouldcarry out the evaluation of ability, guide students to independent thinking andevaluation of their composition ability, make oneself of the guidance is not emptyhard skills, and create opportunities for students’ ability of personality assessment.
